XCMG has upgraded one of its most famous tractors, the 25-ton XE225U, with increased energy and mechanical movement and a larger, more comfortable limo.

The Cummins B6.7 gasoline engine, which generates higher power and torque while lowering emissions and fuel consumption, powers the XE225U. The Kawasaki-KPM mechanical system and the engine’s electric control unit communicate via XCMG’s Intelligent Control System, which allows for better drilling, lifting, and traction forces.

There are three energy settings and eight commitment working modes. When the controls are turned off for four seconds before returning to natural or when the health lever is turned off, the engine speed is automatically reduced. When a user touches any power panels, the website will resume its previous rate.

Operator Relaxation

The XE225U’s compressed limo has been designed for convenience. It includes a heated flexible air-ride suspension seats, air conditioning, low-effort equal joysticks, and several store compartments, including a hot/cool field, all as standard features. Big windows, standard rear cameras and extra right-view cameras provide all-around presence.

The larger 8-inch LCD screen is user-friendly in all light conditions and provides quick access to repair and machine settings at a glance.

Environment control is then integrated into the keypad for quick changes and valves have been made to be simpler. The new equal adjustment auxiliary functions facilitate easier and more precise attachment operations.

Additional features include common Bluetooth, an upgraded silicone-filled fluid support suspension, a swift coupler structure and LED working lights.

Easier Maintenance

The XE225U’s chassis has been designed with strong sprockets, idlers, aircraft and base rollers and an X-shape body for increased durability and uptime.

All frames are grouped in the ground-level pump room for more effective routine maintenance, and all friction points are centralized. Repair distances have been extended to lessen interruption.

A pre-start surveillance program shows operators the water heat, mechanical oil heat, motor oil pressure, fuel levels and the DEF level. It will also indicate fluid and filter intervals.
