With efforts focused on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion ( DEI), ConstructConnect has raised the stakes for people in many places, including career growth processes, and a flexible work environment. The DEI Board and Women’s Group, both of which exist to advance the development of immigrants and women, give creative meetings, conversation forums, education events, mentorships, and more to promote positive change through commitment. The overall objective of these groups is to join a different team of leaders to motivate and enhance women and minorities to encourage excellence company-wide.
